Family Swim Booking Guidelines
Each family swim booking provides you, your family, and friends with exclusive use of the swimming pool and changing rooms for one hour.
To ensure exclusive use for all users, we kindly ask that
- You only arrive no earlier than the start of your booked hour.
- You vacate the premises at the end of your one hour booking.
- So if you’ve booked at slot at 5:45pm, you can only arrive at 5:45pm and must leave the premises at 6:45pm.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- Maximum of 5 swimmers (£5 per additional swimmer).
- Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- As we arrange for a staff member to be on site during your session, refunds will not be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or fail to attend which will be deemed to be 30minutes after your your session start time.
